I am a certified Instinctive Meditation® teacher in the Radiance Sutras lineage, trained by Dr. Lorin Roche and Camille Maurine.
Instinctive Meditation is a natural, intuitive approach that meets you exactly where you are. Rather than asking you to quiet your mind or follow rigid techniques, it invites you to work with your own rhythms, sensations, and inner experiences as doorways into awareness.
In my work, I guide meditation in a way that is accessible, flexible, and grounded in real life. There is no need to force stillness or “do it right.” Instead, we explore what is already present and allow the body and breath to lead the way.
The recordings below are guided meditations based on scripts developed by Dr. Lorin Roche and Camille Maurine, as well as teachings from The Radiance Sutras, Dr. Roche’s poetic rendering of the Vijnana Bhairava Tantra, an ancient text offering 112 natural doorways into meditation.
