ABOUT MEGAN BOUNIT

Hi, I’m Megan—an educator, technology leader, and meditation teacher.

For more than twenty years, I’ve worked in PreK–12 schools across independent, public, and charter settings. I’ve taught students, supported educators and staff, led teams, facilitated adult learning, and guided school communities through thoughtful and ethical uses of technology. My work has always centered on equity, inclusion, belonging, and creating environments where people feel seen, supported, and able to grow.

Today, my work lives at the intersection of systems and the nervous system. I integrate my experience in technology leadership with meditation, resilience practices, and human-centered facilitation to support educators and leaders in navigating complexity without burning out.

I am a certified Instinctive Meditation® teacher through The Radiance Sutras School of Meditation and a Kripalu-certified RISE facilitator. I am also continuing my studies in the 300-hour advanced teacher training program, allowing this work to deepen and unfold in my own life as I grow into my role as a guide. Through this path, I have come to understand that sustainable leadership is not just about strategy and systems. It is about the people within them.

In addition to my work in schools, I am the creator of the Be Love Peace Platform, an evolving space where I share meditation, yoga nidra, and immersive virtual experiences designed to offer moments of rest, reflection, and reconnection. Drawing on my background in computer science and technology leadership, I use emerging tools, including AI and virtual reality, to build these experiences in ways that are both innovative and deeply human. Much of this work is created with educators in mind, offering accessible ways to find steadiness and clarity, even in the midst of full and demanding lives.

At the heart of everything I do is a simple intention. I aim to be a calm, grounded presence and to support others in coming home to themselves and rediscovering their own capacity for clarity, resilience, and peace.
